Hale Lani Treehouse
Our Story

About Us

A Hawaiian family with one passion: sharing the magic of island life from 35 feet above the jungle.

Since 2018

A dream built in the branches

Hale Lani — meaning "Heavenly Home" in Hawaiian — was born from a simple dream: to share the extraordinary experience of waking up in the Hawaiian jungle canopy with guests from around the world. Our family has lived on Oahu for three generations, and we built Hale Lani by hand over two years, using sustainably sourced local timber and traditional Hawaiian craft techniques.

The ancient banyan tree that holds our treehouse is over 80 years old. We designed every element around it — not against it. The wraparound deck, the outdoor hot tub, the stargazing platform — all built to honor the tree and the jungle that surrounds it.

Our philosophy is simple: treat every guest like 'ohana (family), share the secrets of our island, and create memories that last a lifetime. Aloha is not just a greeting here — it's a way of life.

Our Values

Aloha Spirit

Every guest is welcomed as family. The aloha spirit — love, peace, and compassion — guides everything we do.

Authentic Hawaii

We share the real Hawaii — not a tourist version. Local food, local guides, genuine island connections.

Sustainability

We built our treehouse to work with nature, not against it. Solar power, rainwater collection, local sourcing.

Unforgettable Stays

We hold ourselves to a high standard — because a once-in-a-lifetime stay deserves nothing less.
